Install it in two minutes
Copy a signature above first, then follow the steps for your email app.
Gmail
Open Gmail on a computer, click the gear icon, then See all settings.
In the General tab, scroll down to Signature and click Create new. Name it anything.
Click inside the signature box and press Ctrl+V (on a Mac, Cmd+V). The logo and layout paste in together.
Just below the box, set For new emails use and On reply/forward use to your new signature.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Outlook
In Outlook on the web, go to Settings, then Mail, then Compose and reply. In the desktop app it is File, Options, Mail, Signatures.
Create a New signature and click inside the editing box.
Press Ctrl+V to paste the signature.
Set it as the default for New messages and for Replies/forwards, then save.
Apple Mail and iPhone
On a Mac, open Mail, then Settings, then Signatures. Create one, click in the box, and press Cmd+V.
The iPhone Mail app only keeps plain-text signatures, so the designed version will not paste there.
Best fix for phones: use the Gmail or Outlook app and leave its mobile signature blank. Your saved desktop signature is then used instead.
The logo loads from your own website, so it shows up correctly for everyone who receives your email. Your Facebook and Instagram links are built in as text so they still work in email apps that block images.
