What We Do

Outdoor space that
actually feels livable.

Florida living is meant to be outside — but torn screens, gaps in the corners, and aging mesh let in everything from bugs to wind-blown debris. Once one panel goes, the rest usually aren't far behind.

We install new lanai and patio enclosures, and rescreen old ones from the ground up. Frames are checked, splines are cut fresh, and mesh is tensioned the right way the first time. No wavy panels, no gaps, no mess left behind.

Choose Your Mesh

Screen options
built for Florida.

We help you choose the mesh that fits your lifestyle — from standard visibility mesh to fine no-see-um and reinforced pet-resistant weaves.

Standard 18×14

Classic charcoal fiberglass. Great visibility and airflow — the industry default.

Pet-Resistant

Reinforced weave stands up to claws, paws, and curious noses without tearing.

No-See-Um 20×20

Tighter weave keeps tiny Florida biters out. Ideal for coastal and waterfront homes.

Hurricane Rated

Heavy-duty mesh designed to hold up through tropical storm winds and debris.

What's Included

Every screen job,
done the right way.

Step 01

Custom Measurement & Layout

Every lanai is different. We measure each opening, plan panel cuts, and confirm hardware before any work begins.

Step 02

Proper Tensioning, No Waves

Tension is everything. Our screens come out flat and even across every panel so the whole enclosure looks fresh and clean.

Step 03

Frame & Hardware Inspection

While we're there, we catch loose screws, worn door sweeps, and minor frame issues — and handle them before they grow.

Step 04

Mesh Options to Match Your Lifestyle

Standard fiberglass, hurricane-rated, pet-resistant, or no-see-um — we walk you through what makes sense for your home.

Step 05

Clean Job Site, Always

We leave your patio cleaner than we found it. All old screen, spline, and debris are bagged, hauled off, and disposed of.

Step 06

Fast Turnaround

Most lanai rescreens are completed in 1–3 working days. New installs are typically wrapped within a week, weather permitting.

FAQ

Common questions
about lanai screening.

Don't see yours? Call or text — we'd rather answer it honestly than hide it in fine print.

How long does a lanai rescreen take?

Most lanai rescreens are finished in 1–3 working days, depending on the size of the enclosure, the mesh chosen, and weather. Single-panel replacements are often completed in a single visit. We'll give you a realistic timeline before any work starts.

Can you screen an existing covered patio?

Yes. If your patio already has a roof or overhang, we can build a screened enclosure off the existing structure. We'll measure, plan, and walk you through the options during your free estimate.

What's the best mesh for keeping no-see-ums out?

20×20 no-see-um mesh is the standard. The tighter weave blocks the smaller biting insects common in coastal and waterfront areas. It still breathes well — you won't notice a big drop in airflow.

Do you replace screen doors and sweeps too?

Yes. Worn-out doors and missing sweeps are usually the biggest source of bug intrusion. We replace door screens, kickplates, closers, and sweeps as part of most jobs.

Do you offer warranties on the work?

Yes. Our workmanship is warrantied, and the mesh itself carries a manufacturer warranty. Specifics depend on which mesh you choose — we'll go over everything in your written quote.
